LGBT History Month Concert

February 2014 is LGBT History Month, Northern Pride are celebrating with ‘We are Family’ an LGBT History Month Concert.  It is being held on Sat 22nd Feb 2014, 7.30 pm at the Old Town Hall, Gateshead. Ticket Price is £6 in advance or £7 on the night. The theme for LGBT History Month 2014 is music and Northern Pride is celebrating the occasion with anamazing and unique concert. Featuring singer Simon Bella close friend, confidante and backing singer for gay icon the late, great Dusty Springfield for more than twenty years. Simon will share his personal memories of Dusty and perform some of her greatest hits (and a few that aren’t quite so well known); singer and multi-instrumentalist Gina Le Faux; iconic feminist band the Friggin Little Bits and local young Soul singer Sam Dickinson. Tickets available from the shop on the Northern Pride website www.northern-pride.com
