LGBT Sexual Health Clinic Survey

After consultation events held last year, a suggestion that was raised a number of times was the possibility of opening a specific LGBT Clinic at New Croft, the centre for sexual health in Newcastle. For New Croft to take this forward to the senior management team they need to have more evidence that this is something LGBT people would like and also would attend if it was set up. New Croft have therefore launched a new survey asking LGBT people to put their views on the matter forward, the survey should only take a few minutes and any responses would be really appreciated.
