MESMAC North East is changing! 

As of the 3rd of April we will be known as MESMAC Newcastle. We will be a Newcastle only service funded and managed by Newcastle City Council ‘People’s’ Directorate. The changes to the service include moving from the current office in Nelson Street to Newcastle Civic Centre and the 1 Hour HIV Testing service will be moving to Shieldfield on the 2nd of May (check the MESMAC website for location, pictures etc). You can still contact us on the same telephone number: 0191 2331333. You, the service user continue to be our priority and we still provide: FREE 1 Hour HIV testing, Advice and Information, 1-1 Support, Youth Group, Express STI testing Clinics. You will still see us out and about at events in the City. Alongside MESMAC, the women only service Shine will be moving to our new Civic Centre base.
